Dr. Osama graduated from Tripoli University then traveled to the United Kingdom for training and higher education in pediatrics and child health. In the UK he was trained in leading teaching hospitals and ultimately was awarded the certification of completion of training in pediatric (CCT) with Neonatal sub-specialty (CSST) in 2008.
